Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) | Rumble Inc.

RUMBLE FAQ

What does the Rumble mobile publishing platform do?

A:

Rumble allows publishers to create, manage and deliver their mobile strategy from one central platform.  Whether you are new to the world of digital publishing or consider yourself an expert, our technology can help you create a customized and engaging user experience for your mobile audience.  Publishers can create both Native and Mobile Web Apps to ensure users receive a  consistent brand experience across all the company’s digital touchpoints. Editors have the flexibility to display their content in a variety of layouts with embedded photos, videos and widgets. The Product team will benefit from the convenience of a centralized dashboard to integrate with both legacy and new systems, and Sales have access to a wealth of ad units to optimize their revenue objectives.

What devices are covered?

A:

Our definition of mobile includes the entire spectrum of devices and operating systems. Rumble’s publishers can deliver content to both smartphone and tablet users, whether Android, iOS, Windows, iPad or Kindle.  As more and more devices come to market, publishers face an uphill struggle in maintaining their mobile presence across these devices.  The Rumble platform provides a flexible and scalable solution to publish content to the mobile ecosystem, whether in native app form or mobile web.

What technical experience is needed to use the Rumble mobile publishing platform?

A:

The technology is intuitive and uses a point and click methodology to make changes to your App.  Whether testing a new design layout, switching out ad units or identifying targets for a push notification, publishers are guided through the system to make the changes they require. You won’t need a degree in App Design or User Experience to create and test new interfaces to engage your mobile users.

What does real-time actually mean?

A:

“Real-time” changes mean that when a publisher makes a change to content, a design feature or ad units it will take about 10 seconds before the end user sees the updated change without needing to update their apps.

Is Rumble platform compliant with the Google Play and iTunes App Store requirements?

A:

Yes. The methodology behind our design approach has resulted in a success rate of 95% approval from the App Store on the first submission, with a review time of approximately 3 days in certain instances. In the case that an App is not approved by either store, we are able to successfully re-submit to gain App Store approval.

How do you adapt for changes in the mobile landscape?

A:

Our technology was designed to adapt to the fluid and dynamic nature of the mobile ecosystem. Rumble is well equipped to accommodate new changes (e.g. recent iOS 7 upgrade) and can scale to allow our publishers to evolve  their mobile strategy.  With a team of developers well-experienced in mobile technology, Rumble is constantly evaluating the landscape to find innovative ways to satisfy our growing publisher base.

Which ad networks do you work with?

A:

Rumble currently works with a wide variety of networks and also has the ability to integrate with your current vendor if preferred. Some of the networks which our existing publishers use include MoPub, Admob, Mobfox, InMobi, OpenX, Mojiva, BrightRoll and Jumptap.  We are happy to make recommendations based on your audience and revenue requirements.

How can you help me improve my App performance?

A:

At the heart of the Rumble platform is the actionable data that publishers have access to, which allows them to deliver personalized and targeted content.  Using a Natural Language Processor and Sentiment Analysis, Rumble’s predictive algorithms can generate the key business rules to improve user engagement and establish your brand as their preferred source of information. In addition, we are constantly adding to our Tools & Trends giving publishers practical advice on how to improve their User Experience and the quality and relevance of their App.
