What Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It. We receive and/or collect Personal Information from you in the following ways:

App Account. In order to access and use the App you may be required to first create an account ("Account"). We offer two ways to create an Account:

Online Registration Form: You can complete and submit an online registration form which we make available on the App, in which case you will be asked to provide us with information such as your user name, an email address, and a password that you will use for your Account.

(ii) |
Third Party Account: You can click on a sign-in box that we display on the App for Facebook, Twitter, or other designated third party websites that you may have registered an account with (each a "Third Party Account"). Doing so will enable you to link your App Account and your Third Party Account. If you choose this option, then a Third Party Account pop-up box will appear which you will need to approve in order to proceed, and which will describe the types of information that we will obtain from, and the types of activities that we may perform in connection with, your Third Party Account. Please note that in order to use this option, you will need to have, and may need to be signed-in to, an existing Third Party Account.

'Contact Us' Information. If you send us a "Contact Us" request, whether by submitting an online form that we make available on the Service or by sending an email to an email address that we display on the Service, you may be required to provide us with information such as your name, username and email address.

Refer-A-Friend Service. If you choose to participate in our Refer-a-Friend Service, whereby we enable you to refer your friends and contacts to the Site (each a "Friend"), then you will need to provide us with the email addresses of the Friends that you wish to refer.

Public Profile. Some parts of the App enable you to build a public profile in connection with your Account ("Public Profile"). Your Public Profile will include your user name and the number of your Rumblers (defined below). You may also choose to include other information, such as a profile picture.

Location Based Services. Certain location-based services that we provide ("Location Services") in connection with the App are dependent on data related to the geographic location of your mobile device on which the App is installed ("Location Data"). If you choose to participate in these Location Services, you agree that we may collect or obtain Location Data from you.

Cookies, Log-Files and Tracking Technologies. The Site may utilize "cookies", log-files and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Site activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site user. Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser. We may also collect limited information from your mobile device in order to provide the Service. Such information may include your mobile device type, mobile device id, and date and time stamps of App use. In addition, we may deploy tracking technologies within the App to help us gather aggregate statistics, but we will not use Personal Information for such purposes.

Content Recommendation Services. The App includes a content recommender service ("Rumble Genie") which tracks the browsing history and preferences of a participating App user ("Genie Data") to recommend related content to that user. We will only use your Genie Data to provide the Rumble Genie service to you. You are able to use the tools in the App to opt out of participating in the Rumble Genie service.

Publicly Available Information.

5.1. |
Public Profile. Your Public Profile will be publicly available to all other App users. With the exception of your username and the number of your Rumblers, you retain the right to decide what information to include in your Public Profile.

Rumble Channel. The App provides you with the opportunity to participate in a community (the "Rumble Channel") of other App users that you choose to follow or allow to follow you ("Rumblers"). Your Public Profile will be available to your fellow Rumblers. You may also choose to post and share content on your Rumble Channel which will be publicly available to your Rumblers (please be aware that they may make your content available to third parties). You retain the right to: (i) approve or deny any request by another App user to follow you and become, and remain, your Rumbler (each other App user has the same right to approve or deny you as one of their Rumblers); and (ii) decide which content to share with your Rumblers. The notices and tools that we provide on the App should help inform you which information will be made publicly available to your Rumblers.

Contact Information. If you publish your contact information in any content that you post or publish to your Rumble Channel, or as part of your Public Profile, you may receive unsolicited messages from App users or the public. We therefore encourage you to only post information that you are sure you want to be accessible to anyone.

The Way We Use Personal Information. If you submit or we collect Personal Information through the Service, then such Personal Information may be used in the following ways:

We will use your Personal Information to provide and improve our Service, to contact you in connection with the Service and certain programs or offerings that you may have registered for, and to identify and authenticate your access to the parts of the Service that you are authorized to access.

We may use your designated email address to: (i) send you updates or news regarding the Service, our products and services; and/or (ii) respond to a "Contact Us" or administrative request (for example, to change your password).

If you include Personal Information in your Public Profile then such Personal Information will be available to other App users and may also become generally publicly available.

If you include Personal Information in your User Submissions then it will be available to your Rumblers (and may also become publicly available if they make it available to third parties).

If you chose to refer your Friend(s) to the Service, via our Refer-a-Friend Service, we will use the contact information that you provide us to automatically send your Friend(s) a one-time invitation email. We will include your name in the invitation email. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending the invitation email. Your Friend may contact us at to request that we do not store this information or to opt-out from receiving future communications.

We may transfer your Personal Information to our subsidiaries or affiliated companies for the purpose of storing or processing such information on our behalf. Such information may be transferred to other countries around the world. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
